All
LCA Pain Clinic physicians are diplomats of the American Board of
Anesthesiology. Following four years of medical school, they have completed
another 3-4 years of specialty training in anesthesiology (the study of
pain relief). They have all successfully completed the requirements for
board certification in anesthesiology and continue to provide anesthetic care to
patients undergoing surgery. Most of these physicians have also undertaken
additional training in the care of chronic pain to become board certified in
Pain Management.
